Melanie Garcia

Melanie is a Research Associate based in the Houston office, supporting the Natural Resources and practice at Aurex Group. She specializes in market research, candidate sourcing and supporting search execution across the energy and commodities markets.

Prior to joining Aurex Group, Melanie worked as a Corporate Functions Recruiter at a recruitment agency specializing in the oil and gas and manufacturing industries. In this role, she supported a range of large multinational and North American energy companies across the upstream and midstream sectors, recruiting across corporate functions including Finance & Accounting, Human Resources and Information Technology, covering both management and specialist-level positions.

Melanie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Texas State University.
