Grant serves as Director for the Americas Real Estate practice at Aurex Group. Based in Boston, he drives client development and project delivery across the United States, with particular focus on Boston, New York, and the Northeast markets.
A Harvard University Economics graduate, Grant began his career in finance before founding and scaling his own recruitment agency for many years. He has delivered placements from mid-senior levels to C-suite roles, alongside bespoke searches and consulting for leading clients.
At Aurex, Grant specialises in senior appointments across developers, investors, asset managers, consultants, and the architecture, construction, and engineering sectors.
