Elaine Chua

Elaine is a highly adaptable and technically strong finance leader with over a decade of professional experience, including nearly 10 years at KPMG across Singapore, Sydney, and London. Her international career has given her deep business and cultural insights across global markets. Elaine led complex audit engagements across a wide range of listed and non listed companies, managing cross-functional teams and key client relationships.

She has extensive expertise in financial reporting, risk management, and compliance, with strong working knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, SFRS, AASB, IAS, SSA, and JSOX.

Prior to her current role, Elaine was Group Financial Controller at a global executive recruitment firm, where she modernised the company’s financial reporting and processes, led budgeting and forecasting, and supported international expansion efforts across Asia, USA and the Middle East. Before that, she was part of the Group Regional Finance team at a NASDAQ-listed technology company, where she focused on group financial reporting, consolidation, and technical accounting, providing strategic finance support to operations across Southeast Asia.

Elaine holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Finance) from the University of Melbourne and is a CPA Australia member. She is known for combining technical excellence with commercial acumen, and for delivering clear, data-driven insights to support business growth.
