Our Client & Requirements
Our client, a fast growing and dynamic renewable energy player in the market with an already strong presence across the globe, particularly in the US, EU, China and Japan with large scale projects spanning across energy development, storage and EV batteries sectors, is currently in need of a seasoned and well experienced senior level Engineering/ Technical professional within the Renewable/ Gas industry.
In view of their rapid expansion, the VP Engineering/ Technical is required to assist them in setting up and developing a new technical team in Germany, with the objective of supporting their EU hydrogen power plant projects.
  
Reporting directly to Global VP, the incumbent is expected to lead and drive the technical capabilities on behalf of the Group, with a particular focus on their EU projects, while still being able to support other countries (as and when required), by applying his/ her skills within electrolysis.
  
Candidate Profile

• Must have at least 15-20 years of solid technical experience with proven track record within electrolyzer/ electrolysis ideally from renewable/ gas sectors or related field.
• Demonstrated diplomatic, management, and communication skills to liaise and advocate with governments and other key stakeholders including other implementing agencies.
• Proven ability to write technical reports and program documents, and deliver presentations.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Able to travel frequently.
