Job Description
As the Technical Manager in the property management team, you will plan and implement preventive maintenance programmes, and to ensure safe and sound operation of the building services equipment items under his/her responsibility. You will recommend necessary improvement works for the enhancement of safety and comfort of the residents as well as the operating efficiency of the concerned equipment, and to prepare budget for such proposed improvement works for the consideration of the customer / senior management.

  
Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Building Services/ Mechanical/ electrical Engineering or equivalent disciplines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• At least 12 years' working in engineering design consultancy firm;
• Registered Electrical Worker (Grade C).
• Able to facilitate solution-building through collaborations;
• Sound Knowledge in relevant local government ordinances and regulations as well as professional engineering practices.
