Job description

Based in Singapore, this person owns and drives the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, attracting, identifying, interviewing, negotiating, managing offer process. S/he also needs to build strategic search firm relationships across the region to deliver for the business.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with manager, leadership teams and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide talent acquisition solutions and recruitment plans
  • Proven ability to do direct sourcing and headhunting to attract top talents
  • Build internal talent pipelines to support business needs
  • Lead candidate negotiations and put in place appropriate employment agreement, ensure smooth handover and onboarding process
  • Collect, maintain, and be up to date on competitor dynamics and market intelligence for leadership team and hiring managers
  • Build and maintain relationships with search firms to drive timely and sourcing of high-quality candidate pool
Experience and Key Competencies:
  • 5 – 8 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, familiarity with real estate investment and/or property development industry is a must
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or relevant discipline preferred
