Our client is a prestigious real estate developer specializing in the development of prime residential assets. Our client has designed and built some beautiful developments over the last 20 years across London. They are looking for an energetic, outgoing, hunter sales candidate to join their expanding team in London.

What to expect?
  • Within this role you will be expected and responsible for the management of buyers, this includes generating and conducting viewings and with the goal of obtaining offers on the properties.
  • This candidate will be expected to maintain records on internal databases as well as handling enquiries generated from the marketing leads, cold calls, and walk-ins.
  • The ability to build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients is essential.
  • We expect this candidate to conduct themselves with a professional image to positively promote the company and product.
  • Drive and develop initiatives to enhance the brand and group's marketing initiatives across digital platforms.
  • This candidate will be expected to build and maintain internal relationships within different departments across the business.
To be considered:
  • The ideal candidate will have 2+ years or more selling residential properties in London.
  • Knowledge of the London RE market would be advantageous.
  • Candidates from a developer will be a priority but candidates from agency will still be considered.
  • We are looking for candidates who are outgoing, confident and have a hunter style sales approach.
  • Candidates who provide a proven sales track record will be prioritised.
