Aurex Group is partnering with a leading developer to seek for a Senior Property Manager to join and manage their industrial portfolio. 

Responsibilities:

• Oversees the operation and facility management of their Hong Kong portfolio
• Accountable for formulating and executing strategic plans in respect of budget control, facilities maintenance / improvement and operation continuity
• Supervise a team of staff, monitor the performance of contractors / services vendors, and liaise with relevant government authorities
• Manage and monitor internal resources and service contractors to deliver high quality of services
• Responsible for business performance of own portfolio

  
Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Property/Housing Management, Transport/Logistics Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
• A strong track record in operational management
• Strong customer-orientation and excellent business acumen
• High level of computer skills particularly on power point presentation
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
