As the Senior Manager in the core design team, you will review engineering consultant’s design to ensure compliance with organisation’s standard and statutory requirements. You will be Building services champion, driving latest engineering technology in Project management/Design stage across Hong Kong residential portfolio. You will be able to evaluate the quality of building services projects and advise for improvement. Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Building Services/ Mechanical/ electrical Engineering or equivalent disciplines.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
At least 12 years' working in engineering design consultancy firm;
Proven track records in Residential/ institutional/ hospital E&M design experience
Able to facilitate solution-building through collaborations;
