As the Senior Manager, you will conduct independent audit and verification of the quality and environmental management initiatives for residential development projects / major improvement works and report on findings. You will be supporting corporate sustainability and continuously improve quality and environmental management practices, incorporating updated statutory requirements, feedback from end-users and industry best practices. Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Building Services/ Mechanical/ electrical Engineering or equivalent disciplines.
Chartered Engineers (Building Services)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
At least 12 years' working in engineering design consultancy firm;
Familiar with ISO9000, ISO14000 and management system audit skills.
Proven track records in Residential/ institutional/ hospital E&M design experience
Able to facilitate solution-building through collaborations;
