Our client is a boutique design and construction firm is a leader in the industry, who provide exceptional design and construction services to an enviable list of real estate owners. They are seeking a Senior CAD Technician to join the team and contribute to their success.
 
Responsibilities:

• Create detailed 2D and 3D models and drawings using ArchiCAD and other related software
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure drawings and models meet project requirements and specifications
• Review and revise existing drawings and models as needed
• Organize and maintain project files and documentation
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior CAD Technicians

Requirements:

• Associate degree in drafting, engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in CAD drafting for construction projects
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD and other BIM CAD software
• Knowledge of building codes and industry standards
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
