Job description

Our client is a leading organisation in the real estate industry, providing property management and hard/soft facility management to organisations and owners across Hong Kong. Their attention ESG credentials, quality contract delivery and high focus on tenant experience has seen them win multiple contracts in recent years and grow the business successfully.
  
We are looking for a proactive candidate with a hunter style selling approach. This person will be involved in full end to end sales processes including, pitching and presenting, bidding and closing. You will be expected to develop their own pipeline of clients and have the ability to forge those relationships in a commercial return. 
  
What would we like to see?
  • Bachelor's degree in a related subject
  • Minimum of 3 years of serviced based  B2B experience in business development or sales related to real estate services 
  • Proactive, team player who is commercially smart
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin), not mandatory but preferred.
  • Open to industries outside of real estate
