Aurex Group is partnering with a reputable financial institution in Hong Kong to hire a Senior Analyst / Associate to support execution of their real estate private credit investments in APAC. 

Description 

• Responsible for researching and analyzing potential real estate investments in APAC.
• Conducting due diligence on investment opportunities, preparing financial models to assess risk/returns of investments and providing detailed reports to senior management.
• Collaborate with other departments in order to provide comprehensive analysis on prospective deals as well as monitor existing portfolios.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations for clients and internal meetings as well as monitor portfolio performance
• Conduct any ad hoc tasks required

Requirement

• 3-5 years of real estate investment experience, ideally in credit investment
• Bachelor Degree or above in Finance, Real Estate, Economics or Business related
• Strong analytic and research skills; CFA qualification is a plus;
• Fluent in Chinese and English (written & spoken)
• A good team player, driven, detail-oriented and curious
• Immediately Available preferred
