Job description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join the team at a leading residential property builder and developer. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals who sell residential communities to potential buyers in the Sydney area.

  • Lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and market share
  • Collaborate with marketing and development teams to develop effective sales plans and campaigns
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and potential customers
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Oversee the sales process from lead generation to contract signing and closing
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance data to make data-driven decisions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • Proven experience as a Sales Director in the residential property development industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans
  • Understanding of the residential property market in Sydney
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency in using sales software and tools
