Our client is a global market leading agency who are investing and building a international property team in South China. Aurex group have been exclusively retained to help them identify the best talent in the market to continue the success of this brand.
The role:
You will be expected to be a key element in a co-operative and profitable team in south China by generating new business pipelines and leads
You will help establish and strengthen business development opportunities for the group's sales department
Maintain, build, and develop relationships with high net worth investors, JV partners and strategic relationships to increase brand awareness leading to an increased client base
Be a key team member by meeting performance targets and deliverable targets. Ensuring that you foster a culture of continuous improvement.
To be considered:
Minimum of 4 years experience within a property or real estate sales role
Proven track record of developing new business and lead generation
Proactive, energetic and hunter style sales approach
Chinese and English language skills is essential
