Company Overview:

Our client are a leading furniture supplier to the Asia Pacific region and are seeking a motivated and driven Sales & Account Manager with experience in commercial real estate, as well as networks in architectural and interior design industries, to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing an enviable client base of multinationals.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients in the commercial real estate, architectural, and interior design industries.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure the smooth delivery of products and services.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends in both furniture and commercial real estate, as well as the architectural and interior design industries.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutual profitability.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales or account management, with a specific focus on commercial real estate clients.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in the commercial real estate industry.
  • Strong networks in Commercial Real Estate, and architectural and interior design industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the commercial real estate, architectural, and interior design industries.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel within the Asia Pacific region as needed.
