Aurex Group is partnering with a leading property developer in Hong Kong who has a significant presence in the Greater China property market. The company is looking for a Research Analyst to support market research, investment underwriting and negotiations. Candidates with 2-3 years of real estate experience are welcome.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting in-depth market research on current trends in China retail development;
• Collecting data from public sources such as census reports or housing permits; interpreting results of analysis and providing recommendations based upon findings;
• Creating comprehensive reports for senior management outlining potential opportunities or risks associated with specific projects;
• Staying abreast of changes affecting the real estate industry through networking activities with peers, attending conferences/seminars etc.;
• Producing financial models that project future cash flows related to proposed developments or investments.
• Support the Director for any administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Real Estate, Finance or Economics related disciplines 
• 2-3 years of real estate research, valuation or investment experience; Fresh Graduates are also welcome
• Excellent skills in market research, financial modeling and Microsoft Office
• A team player, eager to learn and detail-oriented
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Based in Hong Kong
