Aurex Group is now partnering with a renowned real estate consultancy firm for a Real Estate Transaction Manager - Data Centre Advisory position for APAC region porfolio. 

Responsibilities and Duties:

You will be responsible for ongoing real estate transaction activities for data centre porfolio on behalf of corporate clients. You will have to draft and create a large variety of analyses and relevant documents when negotiating with brokers on behalf of your clients. Understanding how to review, analyze, and interpret financial analysis templates including book and cash flow projections, NPV (net present value), and/or IRR (internal rate of return) financial analyses to enable clients to make more informed decisions is one of your duties. you will also have to closely tracks all transaction activity (commissionable and non-commissionable), prepare commission forecasts and vouchers, and accounts for all savings results achieved on behalf of clients.

Preferred Experience:
• 3-5 years of experience in commercial/ Data Centre real estate/property transaction.
• Bachelor of Science degree in commercial real estate, surveying or Business Management Degree is preferred.
• Basic Data Center knowledge is preferred, but not required.
• Strong IT skills; ability to use multiple communication tools and packages, Advanced Excel knowledge crucial.
• Excellent analytical skills with understanding of real estate finance and discounted cash flow analysis.
