Company Overview: Our client is a leading Real Estate Fund Manager specialising in the management of a $6 billion portfolio including predominantly BTR and Industrial assets by nature. They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Analyst to join the team with a passion for real estate investing. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in real estate analysis and financial modelling.
Responsibilities: Be responsible for conducting in-depth market research, analysing property performance data, preparing financial models and reports, and assisting with investment decisions.
Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate market.
Analyse property performance data, including rent rolls, occupancy rates, and financial statements.
Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and assess risk.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate investment recommendations to senior management.
Assist in the due diligence process for potential acquisitions, including reviewing legal documents and financial records.
Collaborate with other members of the team to develop and execute investment strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Property Economics or a Financial related degree, with strong econometric and analytical skills
3-5 years of experience in real estate analysis and financial modelling.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to analyse complex financial data and develop sophisticated models.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Proactive and confident self-starter, strong presentation and report writing skills, and a team player
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in financial modelling software
