Job description

Company Overview: Our client is a leading Real Estate Fund Manager specialising in the management of a $6 billion portfolio including predominantly BTR and Industrial assets by nature.  They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Analyst to join the team with a passion for real estate investing.  The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in real estate analysis and financial modelling.
 
Responsibilities:
Be responsible for conducting in-depth market research, analysing property performance data, preparing financial models and reports, and assisting with investment decisions.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate market.
  • Analyse property performance data, including rent rolls, occupancy rates, and financial statements.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and assess risk.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate investment recommendations to senior management.
  • Assist in the due diligence process for potential acquisitions, including reviewing legal documents and financial records.
  • Collaborate with other members of the team to develop and execute investment strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Property Economics or a Financial related degree, with strong econometric and analytical skills
  • 3-5 years of experience in real estate analysis and financial modelling.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to analyse complex financial data and develop sophisticated models.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proactive and confident self-starter, strong presentation and report writing skills, and a team player
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling software
