The Opportunity:
  
Aurex Group has partnered with one of Australia’s leading and most respected commercial property firms. Leveraged from a team of highly skilled and experienced personnel, their expertise spans across brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuations and advisory to drive long lasting value for their clients.

Recent success across commercial, retail, industrial and mixed-use real estate markets, has resulted in the expansion of their Property Management team. As such, they are now seeking Property Managers with 2-3 + years’ experience to join the team and facilitate the day-to-day management of their property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain trustful client relationships with landlords and tenants.
  • Understand your client’s investment objectives and develop strategies to maximise their portfolio.
  • Lease co-ordination for all tenants/assets under management, including maintaining a schedule of critical dates pertaining to each lease.
  • Negotiating new leases with existing Tenants on expiry of Lease term or options.
  • Provision of financial management of assets including, rent collection, arrears management, budgets, and reconciliations.
  • Conduct periodic property inspections and meet with tenants on a regular basis to ensure compliance with the lease.
  • Co-operation with the facilities manager(s).
  • Assist the facilities manager with tenant movements (in and out).
  • Management of statutory files including bank guarantees, leases, legal documents, insurance certificates (vendor, contractor, and tenant), and corporate governance

Key Requirements:
  • Experience in a Property Management role (commercial, industrial, or retail).
  • Registration Certification or Real Estate License.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with high-net worth clients.
  • Accountability and professionalism.
  • QLD Driver’s license.
