Aurex Group is partnering with an international real estate private equity fund who is looking for an Asset Manager to oversee their office and industrial assets in China. This role is based in Shanghai and reporting to the Associate Director of Asset Management.
Responsibilities:
Provide support to asset management for commercial / logistic projects, including day-to-day operations, leasing management, tenant management, business plan and budgeting excise, monthly forecast etc.
Provide support to portfolio management for commercial / logistic projects, including portfolio reporting, updates to investors, etc.
Provide support to market study, such as leasing market for both commercial and logistic projects.
Provide support to set appropriate tenant mix, devise and implement effective marketing plans and control-related expenses to maximize Net Operating Income of projects.
Provide support to formulate and implement strategies to maximize rental and occupancy of the properties within the Company’s portfolio.
Performing lease contract or the other documents management.
Handling internal and external group and investors’ reporting and inquiries.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
5 years of experience in asset management / industrial leasing in China real estate industry
Open communication/action style in a constructive culture.Diligent, committed, and organized – the ability to meet reporting and other deadlines is essential.
Financial analysis skills and sensitive to numbers are preferred.
Strong communication skills required as position needs to liaise with internally or externally with tenants or partners.
English language skills required.
Good, hands-on experience in leasing and AM works. Track record on commercial asset management or leasing is must.
Technical proficiency with Excel, Power Point and other MS Office applications.
