Our client is a leading property developer with a strong presence in Hong Kong, they are seeking a talent to lead and manage their Membership Engagement Program, Event Marketing initiatives and Partnership Programs & Customer Experience.
The Role and What You’ll do
Co-ordinate with marketing and branding team to formulate campaigns with an objective to drive membership sales and/or business revenue
Determine necessary deliverables based on strategic priorities and establish roadmaps of events and membership within year budget
Seek opportunities to engage and connect members & customers and work closely with on-site management office team to ensure the service level meets brand promises
Explore opportunities on paid events, event partnership, brand collaboration
Drive and develop dynamic membership programs and foster satisfactory members’ experience according to the company's brand value
Manage the team for membership recruitment, handling membership related matters and achieve membership sales target
Analyze CRM and marketing data and adjust strategies accordingly
Manage members’ enquiries, problems and complaints to ensure customers’ experience
Proactively gather data or insight from members or potential clients and prepare reports for business development experience in marketing and event management
The Skills You’d have
Degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related discipline
6-8 years’ experience in hospitality, serviced office or events industry, covering event & project management as well as a member’ communications and engagement
Solid experience in managing membership / private club, social and community platform
Working experience in co-working / co-living industry preferred
Candidates with Mainland / oversea background or exposure would be an advantage
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
