Job description

Aurex Group has partnered with a real estate investment management firm on a newly created role within their HR team. This position will be responsible for implementing and managing employee learning and development programs in  the Greater China region (Hong Kong and the Mainland). The Learning & Development (L&D) Manager will be responsible for assessing the organization's training needs, designing and delivering customized learning solutions, and evaluating the effectiveness of learning initiatives.

You will play a key role in ensuring that their employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles, as well as identifying future training needs for the organization.
  • Design and deliver a comprehensive learning and development program for all employees, including new hire training, onboarding, and ongoing development initiatives.
  • Identify training needs within the organization and develop appropriate training materials and programs.
  • Develop and manage relationships with external training providers.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
  • Work closely with Human Resources and leadership teams to ensure that learning and development initiatives align with overall company strategy.
  • Manage the Learning and Development budget and ensure that resources are allocated effectively.
  • Ensure that all training programs are delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner.

The right person for this role will be a degree qualified HR professional with at least 10 years experience. You will also have proven experience as an L&D specialist, where you have designed and delivered successful programs across multiple departments of the organisation.

It is essential the L&D Manager is able to communicate effectively in English and Chinese.
