Job description

Aurex Group is partnering with a leading F&B chain group to seek for Learning & Development Manager to join and lead the L&D team. 

Responsibilities
  • Take lead in formulating, implementing and improving Company’s training strategies and training plan for Hong Kong office 
  • Design and deliver various learning & development programs, i.e. talent development, succession planning and staff engagement etc.
  • Manage e-learning platforms including training system and online training
  • Identify training needs, capability and skill gaps, and support with the creation of training plans and facilitation of team development sessions
  • Build excellent relationship with internal stakeholders to co-create timely learning programs and manage external vendors for learning and staff engagement programs
  
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Training & Development or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 5 years' solid experience in organising, designing and conducting training, preferably with exposure in F&B industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Chinese
  • Excellent communication skills including presentation and facilitation skills
