Aurex Group is partnering with the largest real estate asset manager in APAC who has a strong presence in China, Japan, South Korea, Australia, Singapore, India, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia. This Investor Relations Director position is a newly created headcount to focus on strengthening the relationships with both private and public investors in China due to the company's expansion in China.
Responsibilities
Focus on driving the company's investor relations for both public and private domestic investors in Greater China
Implement and manage a robust investor relations system, designed to communicate with the investor community to drive awareness and build the Company’s long-term brand and valuation
Provide insights on the real estate market activity and present financial trends to the company's leadership team.
Work with Finance, Legal, Corporate Communications, Governance & Sustainability, as well as business departments etc to prepare the annual report, regulatory announcements, results presentations, and sustainability reports.
Attend investor conference, roadshows, as well as one-on-one meetings / conference calls to provide business updates and communicate the company's strategic and financial highlights to existing and prospective domestic Chinese investors.
Report to the Head of Investor Relations
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accountancy, or relevant disciplines.
10-15 years’ experience in dealing with investors and a strong track record of creating positive relations with the investor community and research analysts.
Working experience in a reputable bank’s (domestic or international) ECM department will be a strong advantage.
Strong understanding of China Securities Regulatory Commission rules for A share listing and China REIT, Hong Kong Stock Exchange, SFC, Singapore Stock Exchange.
Deep knowledge and understanding of capital markets, as well as a thorough understanding of key metrics for companies in the industry.
Intimately familiar with financial modelling techniques and valuation methods used by analysts and investors.
Highly fluent in both Chinese and English
