Our client is a leading global real estate fund manager with a portfolio of diverse and high-quality assets.  They are seeking an experienced Investor Relations Manager to join the team and are offering a competitive salary package.  They are proud to have a great corporate culture and so are looking for someone who is passionate about what they do.

Responsibilities:

Actively build relationships with the commercial real estate investment community and be responsible for managing the communications between the investors and company management.

• Develop and execute investor relations plans and strategies that align with our business objectives.
• Manage relationships with existing and potential investors, responding to queries and providing regular updates on the fund's performance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry analysts, rating agencies, and financial media.
• Organize and participate in investor meetings, roadshows, and other events, both domestically and internationally.
• Work closely with the fund's portfolio management and investment teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting to investors.
• Create and manage investor communication materials, including presentations, investor letters, and investor portals.
• Collaborate with other teams to develop and implement marketing and communication strategies that promote the fund to investors and other stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and investor sentiment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
• 7 to 10 years experience in investor relations, preferably in real estate or asset management.
• Knowledge of real estate fund structures and financial modelling.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a proven track record of achieving results.
