Job description

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HSE Manager to join the team. The HSE Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of health, safety, and environmental compliance for their organization. This role will require a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, risk management, and incident investigation and will work closely with transactions, development and asset management teams.
  • Develop, implement and maintain HSE policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses and recommend corrective actions.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the HSE program.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to employees and contractors on HSE policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with regulatory agencies and external auditors.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Property, Safety, Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
  • Circa 10 years experience in HSE management in property, development or facilities services.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Experience in incident investigation and risk management.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Professional certifications in HSE management is preferred.
