Aurex Group is partnering with a leading logistic conglomerate to seek for a HR Manager to join and manage the team. It will be a HR BP position overseeing the APAC HR operation.
  
Responsibilities:

• Lead a small team to handle full spectrum of HR functions including: recruitment, payroll, MPF, compensation & benefits, employee insurance, tax filing, maintain staff profile and leave record, etc.
• Review and update HR Policy and procedures regularly to ensure those are in compliance with statutory requirements.
• Develop and maintain HR strategies, budget, C&B schemes and remuneration policies
• Formulate, review and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company's direction and legislation requirement.
• Handle ad hoc assignments as required

  
Requirements:

• Degree holder in HRM, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
• Fluent and spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with local Employment Ordinance
