Company Background:

Our client, a leader in the provision of Soft Services, is currently seeking an experienced Head of Service Delivery to join their Executive Leadership team. With a direct reporting line to the CEO, this role will have full financial accountability and lead a team of General Managers / Sector leads.  

Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the soft services team, ensuring effective delivery of services in alignment with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for soft services, ensuring consistency and quality across all properties.
  • Maintain full accountability for the P&L, across all accounts, ensuring financial targets are met
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery.
  • Develop and manage budgets for soft services, monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations of the soft services team, providing feedback and coaching to improve performance and productivity.
  • Develop and implement emergency response plans and business continuity plans for soft services.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for process improvements and innovations.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards related to soft services in commercial real estate.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate management, or related field.
  • Circa 10 years of experience in a leadership role in commercial real estate or facilities management, with a robust understanding of soft services / integrated facilities services
  • Proven track record of successfully managing soft services in commercial properties, with strong knowledge of industry best practices.
  • Excellent hands on leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Operationally and process minded with experience in contracting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and technology for facility management.
