Aurex Group has partnered with an institutional real estate fund manager with an enviable portfolio of assets across Asia. We are hiring a real estate fund and investment management professional to continue the growth of their Greater China portfolio.

This role will influence internally and externally to ensure the fund, and it's investors, further their 20 year track record across the region.

The right leader for this role and this company will be experienced engaging throughout a third party fund-backed real estate life cycle including fund management, acqusitions, development, leasing and asset management.

You will be commercially astute, driven by a solution oriented mindset, and work best while collaborating with others. Someone who can:

• Oversee a team to develop and maintain detailed financial models to support the assessment of investment and divestment opportunities
• Drive financial due diligence processes - including valuation, physical, financial and tax review - from early stages of deal origination through to negotiation and deal execution
• Support the investment strategy and team to deliver investor presentations and capital raising / management activity
• Engage with the Investment Committee on identified opportunities and the potential return of investment
