Our company is a leading design and construction firm specialising in fit-out solutions across all Commercial facilities. They are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager/Fit Out Manager to oversee all aspects of the fit-out process, from initial planning to project completion.
Responsibilities:
You will work closely with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Manage all aspects of the fit-out process for healthcare and aged care facilities, including project planning, design, construction, and handover
Develop and manage project budgets and schedules
Communicate regularly with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are understood and met
Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring they are of the required quality and within budget
Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
Manage project risks and issues, identifying and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies
Provide regular progress reports to senior management
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in project management or a related field
Circa 3 years of experience in fit-out project management, with a focus on healthcare and aged care facilities
Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations in the healthcare and aged care sectors
Experience in the design and construction of healthcare and aged care facilities
