Aurex Group is partnering with an APAC leading real estate fund with assets in Hong Kong, Singapore, and China and entering into Japan and Australia. They are looking for a Financial Controller with infrastructure/ real estate fund management/ asset management background to join. 

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the financial and strategic planning process
• Provide value-added reports, analyses, recommendations to the business
• Responsible to ensure our business within the region are compliant with Group finance, internal control policies and local regulatory requirements
• Conduct business and financial performance review on a monthly basis
• Implement and streamline operational and finance policies through process re-engineering and continuous improvement.
• Identify and monitor key business drivers, track and report on the impact
• Ad hoc project as required

Requirement:

• Degree holder in accounting, finance or related field with recognised accounting qualification
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience
• Able to work in a multi-faceted environment and sensitive to divisional business issues
• Strong inter-personal and communication skills, attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
