Aurex Group is partnering with a leading global real estate advisory firm who is hiring a new headcount of Director / Associate Director in Hong Kong to focus on providing capital raising and structured finance solutions to real estate clients in Greater China.
Responsibilities
Provide equity placement services (capital raising for fund managers and operators);
Arranging equity for co-investments and programmatic ventures;
Debt structuring and advisory (origination, recapitalisations, debt sales); and
Buy-side investment and fund set-up advisory.
Assist the Managing Director in deal origination and execution
Recruit and train junior analysts
Requirements
Degree in a finance discipline and ideally possess (or be studying) post –graduate qualifications such as CPA or CFA
Previous capital raising, investors coverage, or investment experience within the real estate sector or with real estate institutions is essential for this role. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience is required.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Fluency in Mandarin and/or other Asian languages preferred
