Job description

As the Digital Engagement Manager, you'll lead and drive digital acceleration of the company, oversee different customer experience initiatives, leading app and website revamp projects to enhance customer experience, and optimization of delivery programs to drive business results.
  • Lead and partner with different BUs team, external vendors, and internal IT on app and website revamp projects to enhance customer experience and drive business results
  • Oversee different customer experience initiatives, including mobile order & pay, digital gifting, integrations with super apps, deployment of digital payment capabilities and optimization of delivery programs, to make paying / ordering easier and enhance the in-store experience
  • Lead and manage projects from innovation sourcing, identification, matching, to prototyping, adaptation and integration
  • Keep abreast of emerging industry developments / trends on digital services to ensure the future strategy is aligned with evolving digital environment
  • Collaborate and share knowledge and best practices with other business units, team members and stakeholders
  • Identify the gap between as is and long term vision, provide practical solution to fill the gap to achieve the long term goal
  • Understand BU readiness in BUs in terms of technical, personnel, culture, etc and drive practical solution to bridge the gap
  • Identify opportunities and build successful and scalable cases so as to drive digital acceleration

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 12 years’ experience, including 8 years of in-house CRM, consumer brand / loyalty program management; experience in agency account management, and/or digital agency experience will also be considered
  • Knowledge and experience in digital innovation including marketing automation tools (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign) is highly preferred
  • Experience in leading digital channel, creative, and media plans from strategy through execution
  • Strategic minded with vision and passion, able to lead digital initiatives that drive integrated/ multi-channel promotions and campaigns
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Good business acumen and strong sense with data/ numbers
