Our client, a renowned Property Developer in Hong Kong, is looking for a Deputy/ Marketing Manager to join their team. The incumbent will be responsible for assist in running a wide range of marketing and promotions activities and managing the mall loyalty programs, including recommending & designing actionable program practices, executing the communications of the project across different channels as well as supervising the daily operation and logistics for promotions.

The Role and What You’ll do 

• Develop and oversee the delivery of promotion, digital marketing campaigns and advertising activities of shopping malls
• Develop and manage events, activations and sponsorships through all stages of ideation, execution, to return on investment evaluation
• Liaise and maintain good relationship with tenants 
• Supervise and manage deliverables of partners including creative, production, events, PR specialists
• Work continuously with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders to support group loyalty program

The Skills You’d have

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in communications / marketing or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years' solid experience in mall promotions / marketing in property developers
• Proven English and Chinese proficiency
• Hands-on experiences in CRM data application, reporting, analysis, data extraction and customer segmentation from retail industry
• Meticulous with strong numerical and analytical sense
• Good in digital marketing and media relations with strong market sense
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Able to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced and pressurized environment
• Willing to work long hours and during holidays occasionally
