Job description

Our client is a leading property developer with a strong presence in Hong Kong. They are now hiring a CRM Manager to lead and drive the development of CRM program and responsible for the program optimization, including customer journey mapping, member acquisition, engagement retention, program analysis and reporting.
The Role and What You’ll do 
  • Drive the strategic planning on customer journey and customer life cycle via managing and optimizing CRM data
  • Provide timely and regular CRM KPI reporting and share insights and recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of CRM campaigns
  • Engage and manage both internal and external stakeholders in CRM program management and execution to achieve business targets 
  • Manage the deployment and implementation of CRM solution/system, CDP, and BI tools and monitor the respective operational performance
  • Provide intelligence to build customer segmentation strategy for targeted CRM programs and plans
  • Conduct research and analysis to understand customer behaviors for CRM initiatives
  • Manage CRM programme budget, forecasts and expenses
The Skills You’d have
  • University graduates in marketing, business administration or related field
  • Minimum 10 years’ relevant working experience in CRM and data management, preferably in Luxury Retail, FMCG/ Hospitality sectors, with at least 5 years’ in management role
  • Hands-on experience in Salesforce and managing sizable customer database is a must
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Excellent numerical sense, ability to work under pressure and make decisions intelligently
  • Knowledge of latest trend in customer relationship within the Hong Kong and Greater China context a big advantage
