The Role:

Our client is currently seeking a Contracts Administrator to help the team successfully deliver large scale industrial projects in a safe, timely and cost-effective manner. You will be responsible for tracking programmed project deliverables and facilitating subcontractor evaluation and assessment. This role will act as the foundation to developing into that of a Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reporting to the Project Manager and Director, you will provide commercial support to multiple project teams.
  • Preparation of scope of works, subcontractor packages and procurement schedules.
  • Progress claims and variations.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Administration of RFI’s to clients, consultants, and design.

Experience and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction, Engineering or similar.
  • Proven experience in a CA role within the construction sector highly regarded.
  • Experience processing progress claims and variations, cost management and forecasting, performing cost and tender analysis, managing and tracking project expenditure.
  • A strong ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders and subcontractors.
