Aurex Group is partnering with a Property Investment and Management Company to seek for a well experienced Chief Financial Officer to join. Reporting to Group CEO and Chairman, the candidate will supervise a team around 20 staff.
  
The Chief Financial Officer has the following responsibilities:
  

• Assist with high-level decisions about policy and strategy
• Oversee the company’s fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing
• Oversee back of house departments including: finance, legal, tax, IT, and administration departments
• Handle the financial accounts of all investments in Hong Kong and overseas to ensure compliance with Financial Reporting Standards, local regulatory requirement as well as adherence to the group policies and procedures
• Arrange for debt and equity financing and maintain good banking relationships and investor’s relationships
• Oversee corporate secretarial matters of all group entities
• Oversee Group ESG initiatives and policies

  
The ideal candidate should have the following background and competencies:
  

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, with 15+ years of experience
• Exposure in China & Hong Kong preferably Real Estate background
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking with exceptional numerical proficiency
• Strong leadership, excellent communication skills, able to collaborate with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent written, oral and presentation skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
