Our client is one of the largest shipping and infrastructure companies in the world. Due to growth of their fleet and operations, they're hiring multiple Buyers in their shared services team, based in Hong Kong. 

What can you expect? 

• Processing, documenting, and communicating the requisitions put in by assigned clients 
• Performs day to day purchasing related activities to ensure safe and timely delivery of requisitions ordered by assigned clients
• Check & analyze requisitions based on the requirement of assigned clients
• Issue the purchase order with all the required details 
• Coordinate daily with assigned clients to ensure prompt information & immediately address queries and/or complaints 

What you will need? 

• Degree holder with minimum 1 – 3 years of work experience in procurement
• IT literate for working with advanced procurement systems
• Good interpersonal & stakeholder management skills 
• ALL LEVELS WELCOME; Including Fresh Graduates
