Reporting to: Head of Sales, Australia & New Zealand
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our high-performing sales team in Sydney. The successful candidate will have a network in Commercial Real Estate and a strong understanding of facilities management and delivery of hard services.
Responsibilities:
  • Developing and executing business development strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key clients in the Commercial Real Estate industry
  • Understanding client needs and tailoring solutions to meet their requirements
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality services to clients
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Maintaining a strong knowledge of the industry and competitors
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales or Account Management in Commercial Real Estate and Facilities Management
  • A network in Commercial Real Estate is essential
  • Strong understanding of facilities management and delivery of hard services
  • Self-motivated, results-driven and able to work autonomously
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Understanding of self-perform/self-delivery models is encouraged
