As the Head of the Principal Project Management, you will take the lead in the full cycle of project delivery, ranging from procurement/contracting, initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling to the handover stage of the project. You will also have to take full responsibility for Contract (including company's agreements, client/vendor agreements, company/vendor and supplier agreements) procurement, negotiation, execution as well as administration to ensure that projects are delivered in an accurate and efficient manner. Project risk management, budgeting, HSE standard and cross-selling within the business are also expected.
 
Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Building Surveying/ Quantity Surveying/ Construction or equivalent disciplines.
• On-site experience with fit-out/ building projects for multi-national coporate clients. 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; strong client management skills desired.
• At least 10 years' working in construction related leadership roles;
• Proven track records in project Commercial Management/ Quantity Surveying/Cost Management 
• Strong leadership skill to lead the team and further expand the business
