Aurex Group is seeking Property Associate’s to join a boutique property investment and advisory firm in their Brisbane and Sydney offices. Be a part of a thriving team to provide corporate real estate advice and transactional services to clients across Australia and New Zealand.

Our client has asserted themselves in real estate strategy, transactional support and tenant representation services for property occupiers that has resulted in the expansion of their Corporate Advisory team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to work for a range of tenant/occupier groups and be exposed to a wide variety of business issues and challenges impacting property portfolio requirements. Working alongside company Directors and Associate Directors, your remuneration will be commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiating and executing lease and property transactions.
  • Providing general property, lease, and strategy advice to clients.
  • Preparing financial analysis using Excel to support key property decision-making.
  • Undertaking market research using on-line enquiries and industry contacts and preparing market reports as required.
  • Reviewing rental and outgoing invoices, statements, reconciliations verifying these details against lease obligations.
  • Preparation of written reports, research findings and file notes.
  • Coordinating capital projects and appointment of project managers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Property.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years commercial real estate industry experience.
  • Advanced modelling and analytical skills.
  • Professional level of written and verbal communication.
  • Knowledge of general business, commercial drivers, and strategic imperatives.
  • Excellent focus and attention to detail.
