Aurex Group is partnering with Tenant side clients to seek for a(n) (Assistant) Leasing Manager/SLO to join and manage their Hong Kong/Asia stores.

Responsibilities

• Handle leasing activities including but not limited to new letting/lease renewal negotiation, tenancy administration and daily leasing enquiries
• Implement and formulate marketing strategies
• Manage and control the budget for all property-related costs and
  negotiate the best rental terms in a timely, cost effective manner
• Analyze market trends/data research and prepare regular leasing reports
• Maintain relationships with Landlord’s and other third parties for future collaboration
• Assist in ad hoc tasks from the Head of Property

Requirements

• Degree in Business or property-related disciplines
• 5-8 years of tenant side store development experience 
• Looking for a career growth as a Real Estate specialist to manage Design/ Project management/ Facilities Management functions in the future
• Good business network with developer / property agencies
• Good negotiation, analytical and presentation skills
• Good command of written and spoken English.
