Our MNC Clients are currently looking for a(n) (Assistant) E&M Manager for their F&B/Hospitality projects in HK.
Responsibilities:
Your primary responsible is to coordinate and monitor all development projects, including store opening, reinstatement and renovation works and ensure that projects are completed within budget and timeline. You will also work closely with consultants, statutory authorities and other stakeholders to ensure that FEHD licenses and other permits are issued on time. You will also make sure that projects are performed according to cost-effective measures.
Requirements:
7 years’ relevant experience in E&M design & project management in F&B/ supermarket/ convenience store
Bachelor Degree in Building Services Engineering / Electrical & Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Strong communication skills and work well under pressure
AutoCAD
