We are partnering with a leading asset management firm to seek for an Assistant Asset Manager to join and manage their retail portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Manage tenancies / tenants in the project(s) and process relevant leasing and transaction documents to ensure delivery of leasing strategies applicable to the project
• Supervise a team of staff and service contractors to oversee day-to-day operation
• Develop and implement improvement plans; review services contracts regularly and make improvement proposals
• Coordinate and monitor the renovation program and budget control
• Execute the annual marketing plan, including promotion events, advertising plans and tenant relations initiatives
• Liaise with existing tenants to engender good customer relationships and on-going client care
• Encourage sales to achieve company targets, ensure rent and service charge incomes are to full target levels

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in real estate, marketing, communication, business, and related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Proactive, passionate, and a good communicator at all levels with excellent integrity and strong sense of responsibility
