Aurex Group is partnering with an international investment bank for a APAC Procurement Director position for their Asia Corporate Services department.
  
Responsibilities.
  
Under the Corporate Services department, you will provide regionally aligned operational and project support, focusing on effective vendor management and governance. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure supplier relationship managers are supported across all domains of the vendor lifecycle. You will also support the selection and onboarding of vendors in accordance with Group’s Vendor Governance Policy. Implementation and management of the vendor governance framework, monitoring and reporting supplier performance in line with contractual obligations and operationalization of ongoing due diligence, risk assessment and vendor monitoring activities are also expected.
  
Requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain or other related areas.
• 15 + years of corporate services and supplier management experience
• Experience with global/regional corporations is an advantage
• Able to negotiate, persuade and maintain confidence when challenged
• Work independently and efficiently in a geographically dispersed team with global stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent command of English and Chinese
