Our Client is a regional real estate fund manager in Hong Kong, they are hiring Investment and Asset Management Analyst in Hong Kong to support deal execution and asset management (new headcount). Candidates with 1-3 years of valuation/capital markets/research experience on the advisory side are welcome.
The Role:
Deal Screening and Industry/Sector Research - collects and summarizes relevant data and information in Hong Kong and GBA real estate market
Financial Modelling: constructs financial models in coordination with key team members and undertakes valuation analyses using DCF, comparable and cost approaches
Supports due diligence execution and production of internal investment documents as well as external presentation materials
Tracks and updates industry trends/country data and facilitates the preparation/update of house view
Post-Investment: actively monitor the ongoing performance of the assets and portfolio companies
Assist senior members in business development and relationship maintenance
To be considered for this opportunity you must possess the following:
Degree Holder preferably in Economics or a Financial related degree, with strong econometric and analytical skills.
1-3 years work experience in real estate valuation/capital markets/research field.
Technical competencies: possesses strong modelling skills, high degree of financial proficiencies, written and verbal communication and strong understanding of real estate and capital markets.
Strong command of written and spoken English and Chineseis a must.
