​Morgan joined Aurex Group in 2018 as part of the Energy and Natural Resources recruitment team. She is based out of the Houston office, focusing on mid to senior-level recruitment across the Natural Resources, Chemicals, Industrial and Corporate Functions spaces.

Morgan gained her early experience recruiting across upstream and midstream oil and gas markets and LNG at a large energy-focused recruitment firm.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from Texas A&M University.
