Molly Reynolds
Associate Consultant
Molly joined Aurex Group in 2021 as an Associate Consultant within the Energy & Natural Resources team. She is based out of the Houston office, focusing on mid to senior-level recruitment across the Natural Resources, Chemicals, Industrial and Corporate Functions spaces.
Molly brings her capability as an onboarding specialist to the team, previously working for a contingent workforce company in Denver before relocating back to Houston. She is also experienced as a multi-market researcher, previously working within the accounting and finance division of a Houston-based recruitment agency.
She studied Economics and Journalism at the University of Texas in Austin.
