Her extensive background includes leading complex audit engagements for both listed and privately held companies, managing cross-functional teams, and developing deep business and cultural insights across global markets.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to joining Aurex Group, <span class=\"outlook-search-highlight\" data-markjs=\"true\">Elaine<\/span> served as Group Financial Controller for a global executive recruitment firm, where she modernized financial reporting and processes, led budgeting and forecasting, and supported international expansion across Asia, USA, and the Middle East. She also held a key finance role at a NASDAQ-listed technology company, focusing on group financial reporting, consolidation, and technical accounting for Southeast Asia operations.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"outlook-search-highlight\" data-markjs=\"true\">Elaine<\/span> is a CPA (Australia) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Finance) from the University of Melbourne.
